The British Aestheticians Guide to Waxing the Lady Garden is a witty yet practical guide to the wonderful world of waxing, a topic many aestheticians struggle with. Claire writes with a sensitive blend of humour and authority, approaching her subject matter with a chatty, down-to-earth style that everyone can understand. It is a delight to read and a ‘must have’ reference for anyone in the industry. Andy Rouillard. Axiom Bodyworks. U.K
Last week I took a wax class with Claire! Her class was great and she made me feel totally at ease. She has a natural warmth about her, that makes you feel like you have known her for a long time! Included in the class was a copy of one of her books, a button and a certificate that I can now display in my treatment room. If you are contemplating learning waxing, then Claire is your gal!! I stumbled across The British Aestheticians Guide to Waxing The Twigs and Berries book merely by accident and i am glad that I did. I bought the book for my friend who is going through school for her birthday and read it before i gave it to her! I am not a waxer (I am actually an accountant!!) so even though some of the technical stuff went over my head, I still feel i could wax myself now if need be!! Thanks!
4 hours with Claire was the best investment I have made after receiving my license. She is genuine in her desire to help and exceptionally patient and encouraging. In an industry full of salespeople it was refreshing to find a true educator. What I learned was far more valuable than her fee for waxing instruction. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I recently had a one on one waxing class with Claire and it was a great experience. She is an outstanding teacher and communicator and lifted all my concerns and my lack of confidence in waxing. No better way to learn than hands-on. Highly recommended for anyone who needs further education in the waxing area. Michelle Virgolino, Ca
